Terms and Conditions: Joe Rascal Red Bull Ring VIP Experience

1.    The Promoter & Participating Dealerships The promoter is Joe Rascal Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 99 688 254 435) of 445 Spencer Street, Victoria.

 

This promotion is strictly limited to purchases made at the following participating dealerships:

·       Joe Rascal Harley-Davidson Dandenong

·       Joe Rascal Harley-Davidson Melbourne

·       Joe Rascal Harley-Davidson Ringwood

·       Joe Rascal Ducati Melbourne

 

2. Promotion Period The promotion commences at 12:01 AM on March 10, 2026, and concludes at 11:59 PM on July 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of the Promoter, participating dealerships, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
• To be eligible, entrants must purchase (and take delivery of, or pay a legally binding deposit for) any new 2025 or 2026 model year motorcycle from a participating Joe Rascal Harley-Davidson or Joe Rascal Ducati dealership during the Promotion Period.

4. How to Enter

• Following a qualifying purchase, entrants must complete the official entry form provided by the dealership or via [Insert Web Link].
• Entrants must provide their contact details, proof of purchase, and answer the following question in 25 words or less: "Why should we send you to the final round of the Bagger World Cup / MotoGP at Red Bull Ring in September 2026?"
• Only one entry is permitted per motorcycle purchased.

5. Judging (Game of Skill)

• This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
• All valid entries will be judged individually on their merits, specifically looking for creativity, originality, and passion for motorcycles/racing.
• Judging will take place at the Promoter’s head office. The winner will be selected and announced on August 3, 2026. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The Prize One (1) winner will receive a VIP racing trip for themselves and one (1) adult guest, which includes:

• Two (2) VIP passes to the MotoGP weekend (incorporating the Bagger World Cup) at the Red Bull Ring, Austria, taking place September 18-20, 2026.
• Paddock access for two (2) people.
• A meet-and-greet experience with the Joe Rascal Racing team.
• Return economy flights for two (2) people from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Austria, and three (3) nights of standard accommodation coinciding with the event dates.
• Prize Cap: The Promoter will cover the combined cost of flights and accommodation for the winner and their guest up to a strict maximum total of $6,000 AUD.
• Any flights, accommodation, or travel expenses that exceed this $6,000 AUD cap are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Prize Conditions & Exclusions

• The prize does not include airport transfers, meals, beverages, spending money, travel visas, passports, taxes, or mandatory travel insurance. Valid passports and comprehensive travel insurance are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
• The prize is strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, motorcycles, or parts.
• The prize is date-specific to the September 18-20, 2026 Red Bull Ring event. It cannot be used for any other racing round, transferred to a different event, or deferred to a subsequent year. If the winner is unavailable to travel on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a runner-up.

 

8. Notification and Claiming the Prize

• The winner will be notified via phone and email on August 3, 2026, using the contact details provided on their entry form.
• Claim Window: The winner must formally accept the prize and provide the necessary travel details (including valid passport names for themselves and their guest) within 72 hours of the initial notification.
• Unclaimed Prize: If the winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, or is unable to travel on the specified event dates, the prize will be officially forfeited. The Promoter will then immediately award the prize to the next best valid entry (the runner-up) as determined by the original judges.

 

9. Liability Release

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or any costs incurred by the winner that fall outside the $6,000 AUD cap.
• The Promoter and its associated agencies accept absolutely no liability for any delays, cancellations, or missed flights.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joe Rascal Holdings Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, or consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the winner or their guest before, during, or after the prize event dates, or as a result of accepting or using the prize.
• If the racing event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter is not obligated to offer alternative compensation or an alternative prize.

10. Winner Announcement & Privacy

• The winner will be officially announced on August 3, 2026, via the Joe Rascal Harley-Davidson and Joe Rascal Ducati Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as published on the Promoter’s website at https://www.joerascal.com/pages/motogp-redbull-ring-competition-terms-conditions
• By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their first name, last initial, state of residence, and their winning 25-word answer in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration, for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome).
• If the winner participates in the prize event, they further consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for promotional purposes.
